We were lucky that Monica & Jim Leicester lent this lovely girl to us - she came directly from the Silver programme started in Victoria in 1975 by Paula Silverside. The original outcross was to a shorthair silver tabby and there is no chinchilla in this breeding.

We had already bought Rudesha Silver Shadow, who was our main sire for some years, as well as one of our favourite cats.

Some of our best silvers go back to Saafi.
